Welcome to our website. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

This website is operated by our ecommerce platform.

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under supervision.

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই terms পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি।

2. Products

আমরা fashion (clothing, accessories) এবং cosmetics products বিক্রি করি।

পণ্যের ছবি ও বর্ণনা যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখা হয়, তবে lighting বা display এর কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

Cosmetics products skin type অনুযায়ী ভিন্নভাবে কাজ করতে পারে।

3. Pricing & Payment

সব পণ্যের দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা থাকে।

আমরা যেকোনো সময় price পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।

Payment methods: Cash on Delivery / Online Payment

4. Order & Confirmation

Order করার পর phone/SMS এর মাধ্যমে confirmation করা হতে পারে।

Fake বা incomplete order হলে আমরা cancel করার অধিকার রাখি।

5. Delivery Policy

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে delivery করে থাকি।

Delivery time: 2–5 working days (location অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)।

Delivery charge checkout এ উল্লেখ থাকবে।

6. Return & Exchange

Fashion items: size issue বা defect থাকলে 3 দিনের মধ্যে exchange করা যাবে।

Cosmetics: hygiene কারণে opened/used products return করা যাবে না।

Wrong product বা damage হলে unboxing video থাকলে claim সহজ হবে।

7. Refund Policy

Valid return approve হলে refund দেওয়া হবে (bKash/Bank/adjustment)।

Refund process করতে 5–7 working days লাগতে পারে।

8. User Responsibility

ভুল address বা contact info দিলে delivery issue হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

Account misuse হলে user নিজেই দায়ী।

9. Privacy

আপনার personal information (name, phone, address) শুধুমাত্র order processing এর জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে।

আমরা কোনো third party এর সাথে তথ্য শেয়ার করি না (except delivery partner)।

10. Limitation of Liability

Product misuse বা allergic reaction এর জন্য আমরা দায়ী না।

Cosmetics ব্যবহারের আগে patch test করা recommend করা হয়।
